Why aren't many surgeons doing 360° arm lipo?

Seems the only doctors doing 360° arm lipo are with celebrity arms. They were originally charging 10k Canadian, and in 2 years the price is now 7k. Seems they are the only ones promoting it and I'm curious if no other surgeons dare do it, or aren't allowed- they need competition- the prices are way too high.

I do 360 degree arm lipo and in most cases, it can be done awake with a local anesthetic for a competitive total price package.

I'm not sure about why you cannot find board certified plastic surgeons that do circumferential arm liposuction?
I perform it here in NYC and I'm sure many others do as well.  The fees vary widely from state to state and from surgeon to surgeon.
