Would liposuction give me a good result? (photos)

Question

I have never been happy with my shape. I dont my hip dips and m square bottom. Even after a 20lb weight, I still have stubborn love handles. I have been lifting weights for a year and it's been really hard for me to get that defined hourglass shape. I originally wanted a skinny BBL/fat transfer to the hip dips, but with working 12 hour shifts as a nurse and taking care of an 1.5yo, the sitting and driving restrictions and recovery isn't manageable for me. Would lipo alone help with my concerns?

Hi! Excellent question and by the way, you look great already! You are a perfect candidate for liposuction. Please don’t be concerned about the BBL recovery. Sitting restrictions aren’t that bad. There are ways around it. Patients can sit as long as they try to sit upright with their back straight and with some sort of pillow or cushion under the upper thighs. This way most of their weight and pressure in on the upper thighs and the butt is elevated.

I feel a BBL will work great with your frame and with what your goals are! There is no reason to waist the fat if you want a BBL and you’re already getting lipo done! Once the fat is gone, it’s gone…. and 2nd round lipo will probably not provide much fat for a BBL.

Even if you you can’t take care of the BBL like you would like to, it will still work. It will still be better than nothing. Most importantly, there is no pressure on the hips while sitting. So if this is your biggest issue there is nothing to worry about!

You appear to be a good liposuction candidate. You don't appear to have excess skin and your skin quality looks healthy. I think flank liposuction and possible lower abdominal lipo would help give you your desired shape.

You are a great candidate for a lipo360.  If you are unhappy with your hip dips or buttocks shape or size, then you must consider having a BBL at the same time.
