How can I fix my asymmetrical face? Would you suggest a small amount of Botox? What is the best solution for this? (photo)

Everyone has some asymmetries. Volume and symmetry of the face can be improved with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Fat or implants are alternatives. Botox can be used to improve symmetry of the brows. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

First of all facial asymmetry is very common so minor differences on either side are left alone but if there are certain areas that really bother you, they can be looked at in depth at the consultation and addressed with botox or fillers or combination. 

You need an in person consultation with photos to accurately determine your needs for correcting facial asymmetry.

We often tend to be our own worst critics. I think you have some beautiful facial features. Remember, almost every person has some facial asymmetry. I think you could benefit from filler treatment to the chin and prejowl area which would improve lower face proportions and symmetry. I would also consider a neuromodulator like Botox or Dysport to improve eyebrow symmetry. I think it's important that you first schedule a consultation with an experienced aesthetic physician who will evaluate your face in detail and come up with an appropriate treatment plan to address your specific concerns.

Thank you for your question. To be very honest, you have a beautiful face. Beauy lies in having asymmetry. Every face has slight asymmetry between the left and right side. That's why the mirror image of your left and right side is never the same.It's what makes us unique. 
You option includes accepting your pretty face vs adding a bit of hyaluronic acid filler to 1 side. I would go with the former.

There are some simple things that could be done without spending a lot of money that would address your concerns.  A small amount of strategically placed filler would be a nice enhancement. 

First of all, you are not ugly.  Secondly, most of our faces are asymmetrical and we tend to notice it much more in ourselves than in others.I believe a combination of fillers and Botox could get you the results you want.  Botox can be used to slightly pull up eyebrows and to "widen" eyes by making them appear more open.  That could significantly help the asymmetry in your brows and eyes.  It is hard to say exactly how much you would need without doing an in person evaluation, however, probably 6 - 12 units would make a difference.A filler such as Voluma could help both your cheeks and your chin.  Voluma is a thick filler that lifts and fills in a beautiful, natural-looking manner.  It lasts 15 - 18 months.I would recommend a consultation with a physician who specializes in aesthetic medicine.And, to repeat - you are not ugly :)

Hello lexihall,You have a beautiful face. Yes I see some subtle differences between the two sides as you mentioned, however, in all surgeries you must weigh the risks vs the benefits. Do the benefits of doing surgery or something else outweigh the risks? If yes do it. If no then dont. Its really that simple. The first issue would be to rule out underlying possible medical conditions that may exsist such as thyroid disease. Assuming you have no medical conditions, nonsurgical facial rejuvenation is an option using fillers, botox, microneedling etc. There are many options to re balance your face, but I caution you that the risks might outweigh the benefits. So to answer your question "what is my solution"...my answer would be nonsurgical. I suggest you get to an oculoplastic or facial plastic surgeon to have this discussion with a reasonable treatment plan.Cheers

first of all no one is symmetrical but if it concerns you then see a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is experienced in the use of Botox which should help
