Is it safe to have a closed rhinoplasty after an open rhinoplasty that led to vascular issues on the columella?(Photo)

I've had 2 rhinoplasty's. Both open. The second one, the dr destroyed my nose. It's too small and I ended up with a small vascular compromised spot near my incision. Pics provided shows right after surgery and then healed. I had a small red spot near my incision. It healed on its own without any intervention from my Dr. I'm scared to reopen my nose for revision. But, I'm hoping I can do at least a closed rhinoplasty to fix a couple of things. I need my bridge raised and one nostril fixed.
