I’ve had 2 surgeries, the last one ended with botched results and I need a 3rd rhinoplasty. I had a few issues healing after my second surgery. I had a small vascular issue on my columella , pictured here. The round red spot near the scar. It scabbed and came off after about 2-3 weeks. But, I’m worried opening my nose back up for a 3rd surgery will only make it worse. Am I able to do it again? Or is it too risky?
