Hello I have long lasting filler in my dorsum bridge at the site of open roof deformity This filler is not hyaluronic acid it’s calcium hydroxyapatite which cannot be disssolved So can i do revision rhinoplasty ? And remove the filler during open technique surgey ? How to know if the filler is injected deep in the bone or in dermis ? Because recently i knew that if the filler is injected deep in the bone so it’s easily removed? Is there a solution? Thank you in advance ❤️
