Hello, I have 800cc implants and I notced soreness under the left side, alike a pulled muscle type of pain. When I lookedbthere is a large warm spot. When I touch tgge area it feels like Im touching the implant.
Answer: Redness under breasts You need to contact your surgeon immediately. This may well be an early infection and you need to go on antibiotics as soon as possible.

Answer: Redness Hi There! Thank you for your question. I would recommend that you schedule a follow up with your plastic surgeon. Any time we see redness and skin that is warm to the touch our first concern would be infection and you should be seen in person to rule that out!

Answer: Pain and feeling the implant Hello, thank you for your question. How long ago did you have your implants placed, your scars look older. Is it unilateral redness? If this is a sudden onset, we will need to rule out infection, possible infected cyst. Difficult to say judging by the photo. If the redness and pain become worse, you will need to go to an urgent care or see your family doctor. Once infection is ruled out and this persists than we can come up with other possibilities.
