I have the option of 550cc or 625cc I’m trying to achieve a DD-E cup Im 27 years old I’ve had one child who’s 9 I’m 5’9 and 11 stone

Hi.  To appropriately discuss implant size and choice, you really need an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon with good experience with breast augmentation.  Opinions and preferences will vary somewhat from one surgeon to another surgeon.  Personally I start with the base width of the patient as the starting point for the footprint of the future implant.  Tissue characteristics, and desired postoperative size, and patient anatomy all factor in to the proper selection of implant volume as well as profile.  I go over all of that all in detail with my patients at the time of their consultation.
I would recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon with good experience in this area.  He or she can thoroughly review the options with you so that you can make a good and well-informed mutual decision.  Obviously, based on your picture, you have met with a surgeon, but I do not think that any of us giving you advice as to which of the 2 sizes to go with based purely on a posted picture is going to be helpful for you.

The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

The best way for you to answer your question is to answer the following question for yourself:
"If your plastic surgeon were to err either "too big" or "not big enough", which is a better problem for you to have?" If you would rather err on the larger side, choose the larger implant. Conversely, if you err toward the smaller implant, you can always still choose to ear a padded bra. If, however, you end up larger than you wanted to be, there is no way to correct that issue unless you have revision surgery and downsize your implants. Aa s a rule, the larger the implants, the greater the likelihood for future need for additional corrective surgery due to long term stretching, and the greater the likelihood of eventually suffering from larger heavy breasts. Do your research, discuss your concerns with your selected plastic surgeon. Best of luck to you.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Go smaller so you will have better long term results.  the large implants stretch and thin your own tissue and sag with time, plus are heavy on your neck and shoulders.

The size of the breasts is chosen depending on your physical structure or your tastes, it is up to you to know which one to decide but we recommend 550 cc.

HelloThank you for the question, Decision of implant size including size and prone toon needs to be taken in the clinic and depends on relative measurements. I advise you to see your surgeon again so you can try different implants. 650cc is a large and heavy implants, the chance stretching the skin and visibility will be higher.Best wishes
