So I had 2 babies loss of upper pole fullness already had a consultation. My breast measure in a 34D/34DD so my boobs are already quite big he also mentioned I had good amount of breast tissue and his recommendation was 275cc low profile .. would this give me a more fullness look to my breast or should I go bigger .. as well as he said I dident need a breast lift ? So would the implants raise up my nipple .
Answer: To Lift or Not To Lift? Good morning, An augmentation alone will improve your upper pole fullness and lift your nipple position a little, but I would consider a donut mastopexy as well!

Answer: Breast augmentation for a lift For mild to moderate sagging, implants alone may be sufficient. A side view would be helpful to determine where your nipples are located in relation to your breast fold. If they are at or below your breast fold, then a breast lift would be more suitable to give you upper pole fullness.

Answer: Will breast implants give upper pole fullness loss from pregnancy and give me a minor nipple lift? (Photo) Hello @Dazzling7050 thank you for your question and showing your pictures. I suggest you have a lift because just getting a bigger implant won't solve that the nipple is already looking downwards. For the most adequate aesthetic result what we want is to raise it and rearrange it, to put it in its place, so that the projection of the breast from the anterior axillary line to the external midline is balanced and that the position of the areola and the nipple in most cases is as central as possible. If you want to keep the volume you have then a combine surgery: breast augmentation and lift would be the way to go. I hope this shed some light. Best wishes!!!

Answer: Treating Upper Pole Fullness Loss in Large PostPartum Breasts Based on your photos and history, I think you have 2 options, and the choice depends on what exactly you would like to see. If you don't mind being larger, than placement of a breast implant by itself should raise your nipples a little (but they would still be somewhat low), and add upper pole fullness. The implant size will determine how much fullness and how much nipple elevation. If you really don't want to be larger, just have a lift improved shape, then I recommend a plus/minus augmentation/lift, in which a breast lift is done along with removal of some of your own breast tissue, which is then replaced with a similar sized breast implant. This corrects any sagging, lifts the nipples nicely, adds upper pole fullness, and leaves you the same size.

Answer: Will breast implants give upper pole fullness loss from pregnancy and give me a minor nipple lift? (Photo) Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Unfortunately based on the limited views supplied it is difficult to offer definite advice, but it appears that you would most benefit from implant placement and a lift. The implant will help restore lost breast tissue after pregnancy and weight loss, while the lift will remove excess skin and allow for resizing and repositioning of your nipple into a higher, more youthful, position. Hope this helps
