Hi! I am 24 y/o, 125 lbs, 5'4. I am currently around a 32A, and have a relatively athletic looking build with slightly larger thighs/butt and smaller stomach/chest. I am deciding between 255cc and 285cc moderate plus Sientra silicone implants. I'm seeking natural looking results! I have seen the 3D imaging, but am still having a difficult time deciding. Any advice or before/afters from anyone of a similar build?

Answer: Size There is only about a tablespoon difference between the two sizes. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and actually trying on both sizes so you can see and feel the difference. Both should work well. if you are still uncertain, go with the larger size.

Answer: Breast augmentation size Hello and thank you for your question! This is a very personal decision but I can give you some advice in general terms. First of all, you have chosen a fairly conservative size which is perfect for your dimensions. Secondly, there is not a huge difference between 255 and 285cc. It is literally 2 tablespoons. Thirdly, as a rule of thumb, if deciding between 2 implant sizes that are close together, nearly always best to go with the larger one. More women wish they had gone bigger than smaller.Hope this helps!Dr. Nicolas Hynes
