Breast pain one year after breast augmentation. How can I tell if this is nerve related or muscle/costochondritis related?

awyea122
Hi, I had breast aug in June of 2020. For the past two weeks, I have been experiencing pain in the right side of my left breast. It doesn’t hurt when I am lying down or relaxing, but if I am wearing a bra or being active, it hurts. The pain is a soreness near my rib cage, which led me to believe it was costochondritis, but I also have a weird sharp pain by my nipple and it hurts just by wearing a bra. How can I tell if this is nerve related or muscle/costochondritis related?
