It's more likely to happen with inframammary incisions, which is why I try not to use the inframammary approach to any breast surgery.Bottoming out can also occur if an implant is too large for the breast pocket. That is why it is important to choose an implant size that's correct for your body. From your two photos, you do not appear to be bottoming out, but you do have different breasts and they are not exact.
The lower breast may be be able to be tightened with an inferior incision under local anesthesia in the office. An examination is needed to be sure.
Probably the larger implant will give a more full cup, but bras are not made to standardized proportions.
You did not show photos, so I cannot be exact. However, going with larger implants does not always correct the need of a lift. I suspect you need a lift.
