I had a rhinoplasty, septoplasty and turbine reduction 4 days ago. I used the sinus rinse but I never saw any mucus discharge come out, it did clean up a lot of dried blood in my nostrils though. It also made my right ear hurt. How often can I do the rinse? Will my ear hurt every time I use it?
