Hi Doctors, I don't want a BBL, which procedure would tighten the skin on my buttocks, Sculptra, Emsculpt, or/and Morpheus8? And which procedure for calf irregularities Emsculpt, Renuvion or Morpheus8? Thank You :)
Answer: Which procedure is best to tighten my buttocks: Sculptra, Emsculpt or/Morphus8? Hi B,Emsculpt will build glute muscles and take up slack in the skin. Sculptra requires a boat load of filler for minimal results. Morpheus and Profound RF can tigthen skin. If it were me I would start with Emsculpt as there is physiologic benefits as well as the aesthetic benefits. Answer: Morpheus8 treatments can help give you a more defined look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

As you are most concerned with tightening the skin, I recommend a combination of a Vambooty with Sculptra. The combination will rejuvenate the skin improving the elasticity and thickening the collagen. It reduces stretch marks, divots and softens discoloration. If you are looking to tighten the skin only, then a combination of microneedling with radiofrequency, or radiofrequency alone may help. But, this needs to be done by an expert otherwise you run the risk of losing fat in the buttocks. Hope this helps.
