I am not sure what treatment to have. I have been told I need filler. But if my entire face had filler it would need to be pretty full to push out the wrinkles. I need an expert to tell me what I need or is there hope for me? I haven't selected a doctor yet. Whatever would give me the best results. Thank you!!
Answer: Recommend trying Morpheus8 to minimize appearance of unwanted loose skin Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

If you do not want to undergo surgery than there are noninvasive procedures that would give you some improvement . Fillers and/or fat transfer would provide lift and volume to the upper face. Laser resurfacing with C02 laser (lumenis accupulse) would soften the wrinkles and provide some tightening. A tightening procedure (lutronic infini ,profound or ultherapy) would tighten some of the skin laxity. You should consult with an experienced provider who can best advise you.

Answer: 64-year-old facial skin tightening A lower face and neck lift going to be required to tighten loosening last skin in the face and neck. Cheek implants would be of some benefit to restore lost volume in the midface as well.
