Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

This is a difficult region as we need enough skin laxity to move our upper limb, yet too much can pose issues with our clothing options.
You do need to be assessed in person by an appropriately-qualified plastic surgeon to determine what option(s) might suit you best.  Non-surgical skin tightening could be beneficial, as could various modalities of liposuction or even surgical excision of the skin excess with placement of a scar in one of your transverse axillary skin lines. Work through your specific concern with the practitioner, and don't be afraid to seek a second opinion if you think it is necessary.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to make a thorough assessment from a single photo. It is possible you might need some liposuction to remove stubborn fat in this area first, which would create a smoother contour. I offer the Awake lipo technique, which is done using local anesthetic and requires minimal downtime afterward.
