Will my open wound under my breast close? (photo)

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination, but based on your photos, it looks like a small wound separation. I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon, follow your surgeon's instructions and keep your wound clean and covered. It can take few weeks or months for wound to fully heal.

Hello and thank you for your question and sharing your photos. This could be from a suture abscess, resulting from retained sutures. Have your surgeon evaluate you and remove any retained suture if possible. Typically, these openings are superficial and resolve spontaneously. The key is to make sure this is in fact superficial and your implant pocket is not involved and that can only done by in-person examination. I would keep the area clean and avoid any strenuous activity/lifting, smoking (if you are a smoker), underwire bras or anything that places excess tension on the incision. Thanks for your inquiry, it appears your wound is healing.  As for nutrition I agree it is important.  In terms of the wound care-best you listen to your surgeon, however I prefer dry gauze 

Dear Pioneering9061,Thank you for your question. If you are healthy and a non-smoker, it is not normal to have such poor healing after a breast augmentation. Your left breast does appear significant larger than your right, and this could be indicative of fluid in your left breast that needs to be drained. traditionally heal without any complications like you are experiencing.  Unless you are not eating, you are taking in enough calories to heal so let that comment out of the barn.  What you have is concerning in appearances and your surgeon knows how the wound was closed and is best equipped to provide you recommendations on what is best for you.  If you have considerably drainage, that is even more worrisome and if this isn't addressed in a timely and proper manner, it  could lead to exposure and loss of your implant.  So let your surgeon do the hand wringing and worry and hope for the best... and keep seeing your surgeon until this is resolved.

Thank you for your question and photos.  The left breast appears considerably larger and with worsening pain I would worry that you have a fluid collection or infection around the implant which is keeping the incision from healing.  I would keep the incision covered with some antibiotic ointment but if there is an issue around the implant it is not going to matter whether it is covered or not.  I would suggest you follow up with your surgeon again.
