Wondering if this spot is something I should be concerned about?
Answer: Bruising after breast lift/augmentation. Should I be concerned? Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photo, you still appear to be early on in your recovery following breast lift and augmentation surgery. As with swelling and tenderness, bruising is a normal and expected part of the recovery process. Your bruising does not appear to be any cause for concern and should improve dramatically over the coming weeks. If your bruising does not show any signs of healing, contact your plastic surgeon for an evaluation. If you have any additional questions or concerns about your results, schedule a follow-up appointment with your surgeon. Hope this helps!

Answer: Bruising Dear Sincere4219, bruising can occur after a surgery and in most cases it is not a concern. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Bruising after surgery Congratulations on your surgery. The area of bruising appears to be normal and very common after surgery. Good circulation is what will help the bruising subside and disappear. I encourage walking for circulation (not exercise), eating well with lots of protein, and fluids. Arnica taken orally or topically can help as well. Good luck.
