I was an A cup I think before I didn't really check because I was insecure and always stuffed my bra. I went with 650cc high profile and I'm scared they're going to look crazy. My doctor told me essentially I could achieve any look I desired and 650 would look good. But now I'm rethinking my size..
Answer: 4 days post op breast augmentation This is a very big change from a A cup breast. Being that you are only 4 days post breast augmentation you need to give your breasts some time to heal and soften. It really takes good 3-6 months for final shape and size to declare itself. Swelling is one component, but the other is the time for ski and soft tissue to stretch and conform to the underlying implant. Depending on the type of implant used, the implant may drop and “settle”.

Answer: Breasts need time to drop and fluff No revision surgery should be considered until you are at least 90 percent settled at 6 months. At 4 days you are about 2 percent settled, shaped, softened, dropped and fluffed. "Drop and fluff" refers to the fact that as the skin stretches and the muscles relax, the implants move down and out slowly – about 1 percent a day. It’ll be about six weeks before they even begin to settle down, but they’ll be close to 80 percent settled and softened at three months. Watching their progress is like watching your hair grow. You don’t see a difference in your hair growth daily, but all of a sudden you need a haircut. Be patient after surgery. Give yourself a few months before making a judgment about your surgical results. You won't know the outcome until then. Answer: 4 Days Post Op Breast Augmentation At 4 days you still have a lot of swelling. 650 implants are large, but wait 3 to 6 months for your breasts to settle in and you may be happy with them. If after waiting a few months you are still unhappy discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Good luck.

Answer: I am 4 days post op breast augmentation. I am worried that I may have went too large 650cc (Photo) Every patient has different ideas about their ideal look., and it's difficult to determine which implant size to go with because different sizes mean different things to each woman. All bodies and breast are shaped differently, and all women have different expectations for breast size/shape. Choosing the right size before the day of the procedure is crucial. Knowing what their breast size will be, and having a good idea of what they'll look like before entering the operating room, room alleviates some of the pre-operative jitters, and it prevents disappointment with final results. I use a custom sizing process that shows my patients what they will look like in real life, so that together we can pick the right size implant for each breast. On average, most people don't fully understand the variation of cup sizes or implant "cc's," and what that means for breast implants in their body, which is why a this real-life sizing process is more practical than modeling photos, video manipulation, or simply basing the number of cc's based on an expected cup size. I've used this method for years, and it has helped me successfully predict what size will make my patients the happiest.

Answer: BA results Dear Happyluv303, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 4 days post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.
