How long after a revision will it take my implant to drop?

I had my second breast augmentation about 6 months ago to go from 400 to 600cc hp silicone under muscle breast implants. My left side did not drop ( 6 months later) so I had a revision to open the pocket. My question is how long does it take to drop in place?
