I just had rhinoplasty 6 days ago and when I took off the tape there was a tiny hole. Is it necrosis? (Photo)

Hello,Thank you for your question and the picture. My professional opinion is that it is not necrosis. I would trust your doctor because he saw your nose in person and has a better uunderstanding on what is going on. From the photograph, the skin may have been bothered by the tape or the procedure. The nose is very vascular and typically heals without evidence of anything having been there.
Stay in close touch w/your doctor but don't worry too much :)
