I just had rhinoplasty 6 days ago and when I took off the tape there was a tiny hole. Is it necrosis? (Photo)

There's no pain nor it itchy my doctor said it just a little blister because I had the tape on for to long but I am still worried it necrosis she gave me some medicine to put on it already should I be worried
