It is important to understand that your face is not ugly. There are millions of people who have facial features like you and are not bothered by it. photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. In order to evaluate the rest of your face, an in-person consultation would be helpful.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

You have identified two facial features that you think would be aesthetically beneficial. The rhinoplasty is understandable and would be useful for your goals. Cheek fat removal is not what you need as you already have a thinner face and would not make any improvements when you smile. Whether skeletal enhancements such as chin, cheek and jaw angle augmentation may be useful requires computer imaging to help make those determinations.

Hello, You have used very harsh words to describe your face . There is some kind of gap between what you are , and how you see yourself.  In such scenario , my advise it to avoid plastic surgery and consult a therapist first. Best wishes.
