The best way to achieve a celebrity-like butt and hips is a Brazilian Butt Lift. A Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure where excess fat is liposuctioned from different parts of the body and moved to the buttocks. This reshapes and adds volume to the butt while keeping a natural look. Final results are permanent and generally seen about 6 months after the procedure.
Most patients get an immense benefit with maximal liposuction of the abdomen, sides, thighs, and back to obtain the smallest waist possible and then maximal fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. If your waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the sameThe thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth. I liposuction thin individuals frequently with significant results. A Skype consultation with more photos or an in-office consultation would permit me to offer more specific advice regarding areas from which to harvest fat for transfer to hips and buttocks.
Thanks for your question. You're a good candidate for a brazilian butt lift procedure. When planning a Brazilian butt lift, patients can look forward to a double benefit: reducing areas of unwanted fat while gaining a perkier, rounded posterior. Each procedure must be planned according to the individual needs of patients, harvesting fat from target areas of the torso, thighs or knees and transferring it to create smooth, attractive contours optimized for each person. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Thank you for your photos and question. You appear to be good candidate for BBL (moderate transfer). This procedure will help you achieve a more contoured and hourglass shape but you need to have realistic expectations. It is best to be examined in person for proper evaluation and treatment options.Seek a board certified plastic surgeon who performs many of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.
Hello, thanks for your inquiryThanks for sharing your photos, based on them, the procedure would be a BBL. The fat that is in your abdomen, lower back and flanks are enough to be able to transfer them to your buttocks and obtain the results you want. Approach a certified plastic surgeon with whom you feel comfortable and can give the results you are looking for.Sincerely, Jaime Campos MD
Doctors go to medical school not magic school. That's sad I don't think you can have a body shape consistent with your wish pictures . The correct procedure would most likely be full body liposuction with a BBL. If you take your fingers and gently press until you can feel your ribs and your abdominal muscles then you get an idea of what the true shape of your body is underneath the relatively thin layer of fat that you have. I don't think it's realistic to anticipate changing your muscular skeletal structure to get a waist as small as those in the pictures. An abdominoplasty with highly aggressive muscle tightening can pull in your waist and your ribs to a certain degree but I do not think you can achieve your wish pictures. I would also avoid and advise against this procedure if you anticipate having children in the future. Aggressive weight loss will also help in lowering your intra-abdominal fat content. I think you can obtain a nice improvement but it's important to set expectations correctly. You have a very nice body as it is which you should be proud of. A significant part of my job includes examining patients bodies. I can safely say I have examined over 10,000 bodies in my career and probably many more. The number of people who have body shapes and contours to your wish pictures are at best 1/1000 or 0.1% Those patients were gifted with a genetic make up giving them extreme proportion's considered highly desirable by some. For one of them there are 999 people born with bodies not quite as extreme. Find the most talented plastic surgeon you can except inherent limitations. you should have a great result. Best, Mats Hagstrom M.D.

A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If...
11 weeks is a good time frame to get a general idea of your results but results will not be final until another several months. In my personal opinion I do not believe in wearing compression garments any longer will change your final results but I recommend you follow the recommendations of y...
