11 weeks post op , unsure about my results. Will my waist get smaller? (photos)

Thank you for your pictures and questions. Unfortunately, the photos are not enough to gauge for a good response. It is going to sometimes take 3-6 months for all the swelling to go away and for the final results to be revealed. Try to be patient and discuss your concerns with your surgeon.Best of luck!Dallas R. Post-operative protocols regarding the wear of the compression garment and returning to an exercise program should be provided by your PS.   Usually by 3 months, the swelling is minimal and totally resolved by 6 months. 

11 weeks is a good time frame to get a general idea of your results but results will not be final until another several months.  In my personal opinion I do not believe in wearing compression garments any longer will change your final results but I recommend you follow the recommendations of your plastic surgeon  Best, Mats Hagstrom M.D.
