Am I bottoming out? I am 5ft 4 Breast fed 2 kids Enjoy the gym and lifting weights 27 years old I had mentor silicone smooth 300cc implants moderate profile under the muscle in feb this year I am worried one is bottoming out or they’ve settled too low on my chest. My surgeon said they look amazing and as they should be. I haven’t gone braless since the procedure. On the right boob I have loads of lower pole fullness compared to the right.

Just based on your one photo, you tight breast implant is sitting somewhat lower, mild bottoming out, than your left.
