Am I bottoming out? I am 5ft 4 Breast fed 2 kids Enjoy the gym and lifting weights 27 years old I had mentor silicone smooth 300cc implants moderate profile under the muscle in feb this year I am worried one is bottoming out or they’ve settled too low on my chest. My surgeon said they look amazing and as they should be. I haven’t gone braless since the procedure. On the right boob I have loads of lower pole fullness compared to the right.

There are several things to consider for successful repair of symmastia:
1. Make sure the implants are not too wide for the natural base diameter of your breasts. This may require downsizing since you already have ultra high profile implants.
2. Under muscle placement creates a natural boundary...
You need a lift and place the implants behind the breast. Measurements are needed to be sure, but I do not recommend going with such large and heavy implants of 500 cc's. I doubt your tissue will support that weight.
