I had my first ever uplift and implant surgery and feel like my nipple placement is very uneven. I understand they will be bigger due to stretching etc but I feel they sit too high and feel like one is horizontal and one is vertical. I also feel like I have uneccesary high cuts on the one side. I’m unsure how to approach a surgeon ? Is this something that looks like it can be rectified?

You might get some improvement using minimally invasive radiofrequency to try and tighten the stretched skin. the scar needed is tiny and can be placed in an existing scar.

I would suggest placing your implants behind the muscle and lifting the breasts. Be careful that you do not choose a large implant for this will just sag down due to the weight.
