Do I need a revision for my high riding implants?

mileyboobs
I got my breast augmentation a year ago, 13 months to be exact- 350cc Mentor round smooth silicone. I waited a year and I feel they look deformed and high. I wanted natural breasts that had a nice round drop, and they never dropped into place. I provided a picture of what i believe they should look like in my opinion. I fear my surgeon will tell me I should give it even more time, so I wanted some opinions so I feel better about asking about a revision. Will this cost a lot of money?
