My surgeon recommended it for by implants that bottomed out. It seems to be a newer product and I can't find much info on it. Thanks for your help! 8/2018 - Replaced implants, lift 10/2018 - 'Saggy Sally' came to town and my boobies went South (thin skin, lame tissue) 9/2019 - Scheduled for another lift and OviTex mesh (Tela Bio)

Answer: Mesh/ADM used for breast implant bottoming out. I am sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing after breast surgery. Although I do not have any specific experience with the product you mentioned, I do find the use of acellular dermal matrix very helpful (in many cases) when it comes to providing additional support for breast implants that have bottomed out. Ultimately much more important than the type of product utilized, will be plastic surgeon experience, when it comes to success with this type of revisionary breast surgery. In other words, experience level and technical expertise play the biggest role when it comes to successful outcomes with this type of revisionary breast surgery. Careful attention to postoperative activity limitations as well as use of appropriate postoperative support of dressing/garments are also important. I hope this helps.
