Insufficient upper pole fullness after teardrop implants. Would exchanging for round implants or fat grafting be better? (photo)

Honest6785
I’ve had mastectomy and reconstruction 12 months ago (brca2) Due to an error plus two complications I’ve just had my 5th surgery My first implants were teardrop in error, I had no fullness in the upper pole whatsoever, I have new implants and I’ve went with surgeons judgement on using teardrop again highly cohesive) but I still don’t feel I have the upper pole volume due to having the teardrops, would it look better If I can exchange for round implants or will fat grafting be a better solution
