I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Broumand and his entire team. I’m so happy with the results of my surgery and felt so safe and comfortable every step of the way. From the very first consultation on. Deciding to make a change can be very overwhelming, Dr. Broumand is a true pro. I couldn’t recommend him more!
Dr. Broumand and his staff are a pinnacle of professionalism and care. I have had two procedures at 740 Park, and couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Broumand was patient, mindful and meticulously focused throughout both of my procedures. He and his staff are listening to you and caring for you from the initial discussions through to your follow up appointments. Top notch.
Based on recommendations and an informative consult, I counted on Dr Broumand’s aesthetic eye and have been rewarded with a beautifully proportioned breast reduction. He and his staff are aces. Happy!
Motivation: Always wanted a rhinoplasty to correct dorsal hump and what I felt was a "big" nose, particularly unattractive as a side profile Consultation: Dr. Broumand emphasized he believes in the "right" nose for each face and that my new nose would not like it was someone else's stuck on to my face. Of course, Dr. Broumand is kind and caring, and took the time to patiently answer all my questions. All of the office staff, from the receptionist to the nurses to the patient coordinator, were extremely helpful. Procedure: Dr. Broumand removed the dorsal hump, very slightly narrowed the nostrils, raised the tip 2 millimeters Recovery: Virtually painless, literally. No need for the Vicodin, and barely took any Tylenol. Very minimal bruising (almost unnoticeable) and swelling before cast removal. Some swelling after cast removal at day 5, but less than one would expect. Result: Amazing. Incredibly natural - a nose that is still "me." Conclusion: There is no wonder Dr. Broumand is considered one of the best plastic surgeons in New York City. He is worth every dollar, and his emphasis on the "natural" look coupled with his surgical expertise means he is top notch. I will never let anyone touch my face except Dr. Broumand.
Thank you for your question. If you are questioning the size implant you discussed with your board certified plastic surgeon, I would suggest going back in to discuss your goals and implant choices. In my practice, I spend time reviewing the patients chest measurements, and goals to determine what implant would be appropriate for them. I also have sizers and implants for my patients to see and try on to get an idea of what the implants will look like after surgery.
Thank you so much for your question. Your overall health should be reviewed to determine if you are facelift candidate. In my office, a breast cancer diagnosis 4 years earlier would not prevent you from having a facelift. Prior to surgery, I would review your medical history and ask that you see your primary care and oncologist for medical clearance.
Thank you for your question. When I perform a facelift, I will usually suggest some sort of fat grafting at the time of surgery. This allows me to address the sagging skin and add volume to the depleted areas with one recovery. I would consult your board certified plastic surgeon for their preference before doing anything.
Thank you for your questions. Patients are generally in my office for about 90 minutes. The actual procedure takes about 30-45 minutes. If you are considering this procedure, seek out a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to perform the surgery.
Thank you for your question. If you are unhappy with your result, you should first consult with the surgeon that did the initial breast augmentation. After that consultation you should find a few other board certified plastic surgeons for second opinions. I believe you would benefit from a breast revision surgery to give you a more natural look. The cost of surgery will vary on the surgical plan the board certified plastic surgeon gives you to correct the issues.
