It's still relatively early following your breast augmentation.  Now you are about 7.5 weeks post-op.  I find the breasts continue to soften and settle for at least 4 months.  Also, almost all patients have some asymmetry before the surgery which translates into a little asymmetry after.  Have a look at the following, it will probably make you feel better:

You are still early in the healing process. At our practice we have patients massage the breasts down in addition to placing a band on the top of the breasts to help the implants settle. Typically it takes 3 months for implants to settle into place. Be sure to follow up with your plastic surgeon for post operative care. 

You have residual swelling. One thing we always emphasize is that the breasts will each heal at their own pace and the residual swelling will finally be gone at about 3 months. Although I do not see anything out of the ordinary in your photos, make sure to follow up with your surgeon.  Some asymmetry is inevitable in every case. 

Be patient and try to remember what your breasts looked like 2 or 3 weeks ago! Progress is slow and steady up to 4 months or more.Right now your implants are conforming to the shape of your pre-op breast skin envelope. Later your breasts will take on the shape of the implants as the skin stretches.

Thanks for writing,You are still in the early phase of healing. There is still swelling, skin tightness and the pectorals are tight. Many of your issues improve with time. TIME is you friend. Usually 4 - 6 months are necessary for the implants to settle, skin to relax and swelling to resolve,  at that point your breasts will start to approaching the final look. For scars to maximally improve, get as good as they will ever get, can take up to 18 months. Stick with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, follow his / her instructions carefully and closely. Your early in recovery and your implants should drop further in the next 2 months.Ask your plastic surgeon if vigorous breast implant displacement exercises, pectoralis tightening exercises and a superior pole wrap can help accelerate the dropping of your implants.  If they have not moved by 3-4 months than a simple pocket release may be required.

At 5 weeks it is still early in the healing process and some asymmetry is normal. As the the implants soften and drop the shape of the breast will change. Your scars will also flatten, fade and change. It usually takes 3 months to get to your result. When implants are placed under the muscle they tend to ride high. Some physicians use an elastic band  to push the implants lower in the pocket. You are very early in the healing phase. Time will allow settling of your breasts, 3-6 months. Look at your pre-op photos to remind yourself  of your pre-op nipple position and the difference in shapes of the breasts pre-operatively.
