5 days post op, will my implants round out? (photos)

Right now you are very early in the healing process, and your tissue is tight. It is quite normal for you to have pain and hard and tight breasts at this point. Your surgeon will show you some exercises and stretches to help the implants settle.  Settling the implants  and relaxing your tissue usually takes about 6 weeks, but can take up to 6 months.  Please discuss all your concerns with your surgeon.

Yes, you look
great for 5 days post-operative. You are considerably early in the healing
process. With time the swelling will subside and the implants will drop to fill
out the lower pole of your breast giving you a fuller rounder look. This
process usually takes 6wks-3months but can take as long as 6 months. Be patient,
follow your post-operative instruction and follow up with your surgeon at your scheduled
appointments.

Congratulations!  It's very early in your recovery and you look like you are right on track.  Everyone is different when it comes to healing so it can take anywhere from 3-6 months for your implants to settle.  Continue to follow your surgeon's post-op instructions and you should notice your implants dropping and filling out the lower portion of your breasts.  The shape will continue to change and they will soften with time so try to be patient, but looks like you are doing great!  ac
