I’m 18 and I have really saggy boobs. I have severe anxiety and depression and I’ve had saggy boobs since they started developing (around 8-9 years old). Bras are uncomfortable and no matter how many times I re position my boobs so my nipples face forwards, they always work their way back to facing down (I wear overly tightened bras to try to stop my boobs from moving themselves). I can’t be braless while at home relaxing because my nips rub my belly folds I physically can’t cope like this now

Thanks for your question and sharing your concerns.  Breast lift incisions are typically placed around the nipple itself and down the center of the breast toward the fold.  Depending on your individual needs there may be an incision in the fold of the breast as well.  From what is visible of your tattoo it is unlikely that the incisions would interfere with the ink.  The new nipple position will be higher and pointing forward  but the goal is always to leave incisions so that they are not visible in any sort of clothing.  It is possible, however, that the shape of the tattoo may change slightly because the skin will stretch slightly differently after a lift.  
The best way to find out for sure would be to go see your local board certified plastic surgeon who can come up with a plan tailored for you.

I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon who can draw out the plan for a breast lift so you know what portions of the tattoo will be affected.  Your tattoo artist is obviously quite artistic.  You should ask him or her what can be done to revise the tattoo afterward.  I’ve seen it don’t before with really good results.

Dear scarlet2001,
my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. 
If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Your tattoo might need to be touched up once you have healed from surgery since some of the lower part may be excised with the lift.  Go meet with a plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns.

For you, I recommend an anchor incision breast lift, for perkier, youthful breasts. No implants are needed. Your tattoo should be intact, since the incision goes down the nipples, into the breast fold.

Typically breast lift incisions are placed around the nipple (areola) and then down from the nipple and/or in the fold or crease under the breast. Your tattoo may or may not be affected based on measurements taken during a consultation. The best advice will come from a board certified plastic surgeon that you meet with in person who can advise you on the type of breast lift needed, realistic outcomes and if your tattoo would be affected.

Hello and thank you for your question and photo's.   The scars from the mastopexy will not affect your tattoo, however, since you will have more fullness at your cleavage/ upper breast, it would most likely change the shape of the tattoo.
