I have hollows underneath my eyes that cause very noticeable shadows, especially under light. I know fillers are an option, but I am highly reluctant to get them due to their apparent migration around the face and the temporary effects. Are there permanent options? Would an infraorbital implant or something akin help? Midface lift? Thanks
