Eye bags with circle bump under my eyes (Photo)

Good day. Please help me, I already research on what i have i my eyebags, but im stress out i cannot find what happened in my eyebag,.. Im 25 yrs old, 5'1 height. I had this kind of circle bump under my right eyebag when I was in Highschool 16 yrs old... Should i be worry. Please help me. What happen to my right eyebag?

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photo you have extra skin under your eye and maybe a little fat pat. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. You might need a lower eyelid blepharoplasty for get rid the extra skin and fat pad. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the front your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.Best Regards!

Hello! It's possible that there's a cyst in the area. Imaging such as a CT may be useful or even an ultrasound. If the area is benign and a mass, it can be removed through a small incision. A visit with an Ophthalmologist would provide more insight. Hope this helps!
