Is my nose crooked? Could it be a deviated septum? (Photo)

Hi, perhaps when the bones were adjusted, one bone was brought in more then the other. I would try to put a little filler on the side that is dented in. But if you like the results overall, I would not mess with it too much, because more surgery can make it worse.

Is there something wrong with your nose? After a rhinoplasty, if there was a dorsal hump removed, there is a separate left and right nasal bone with no bony bridge connecting them. One can therefore palpate the edge of the nasal bone on each side. It is not uncommon for one side to be more palpable than the other. As long as the nose looks straight there is nothing to be concerned about as far as the bridge is concerned.

Your nose appears to be straight, but your photos are too tightly cropped to properly judge your nose in relation to your entire face. It is very normal to feel bumps under your skin but what matters is what we see, not what we feel. Possibly I can see a small protrusion on the right -- but again, the photos are not helpful enough. An in-person examination would be needed to give you the best advice. I recommend following up with your original surgeon to discuss your results. If your surgeon is unavailable or unhelpful, you might consider consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon who has decades of experience in revision rhinoplasty to discuss your concerns and to determine if a further procedure is recommended.

Based on the pics that are presented, your dorsal/tip aesthetic lines look pretty symmetric.

This may be something that someone has to touch to appreciate. If there is a slight palpable abnormality with NO visual abnormality, I would recommend doing nothing.
