I had closed septorhinoplasty in end 2018 had my septum straightened and a bump on my nose bridge shaved down. I was never really happy with the result but didn’t want to go back under the knife so I just avoid mirrors. But now I’ve all of a sudden developed a bump on the top of the columella just before the top of the left nostril. It feels hard like cartilage but I can “push it” in but only if I hold it. Any idea what this is or if it needs to be fixed? I’m worried the columella is separating
