As you correctly suggest, its difficult to make an assessment for rhinoplasty without seeing your entire face. However, it appears you would benefit from narrowing and refining your nasal tip, removing your profile hump and straightening your profile, and both narrowing as well as straightening your nasal bones. I typically would approach these changes through what is termed open rhinoplasty which I feel would enhance precision of the changes.
