I have been considering a nose job for a while, but am not sure what operations I need done to my nose. Ideal outcome pictures included along with pictures of my nose. I would like my nose to suit my face, and with a rounder face and small jaw if it’s even the slightest bit too big or too small it will look bad. Unfortunately I cannot post my full face, so I understand that the feedback I can receive is limited. However I appreciate any advice that can be given!

Yes all the the concerns can be addressed with the various components of a rhinoplasty. Alarplasty will reduce nostrils Tip-plasty will reduce the large tip Osteotomies and hump reduction will reduce the side profile of the nose. You would benefit from a chin implant as well. Regards Dr. J
