It seems possible to increase the size a little more. Double bubble deformity was created because the left implant came down. Close the excess space at the bottom and raise the position of the implant while fat grafting is done where the double line is formed, which will help correct it. It is recommended that revision surgery be performed at least 6 months after the first surgery.

Most likely the crease you see is traction from the pectoral muscle where it was detached. You can tell by simply contracting the muscle and seeing if it pulls upward. If so, this is what is called animation deformity. The best correction for this IMO is to convert to the split muscle plane and re-attach the muscle behind the implant. Otherwise, going larger will only exaggerate the problem.

I would suggest not going much bigger since this fold, even if repaired, may not support heavier weight.
Fat grafting could be helpful to fill in the depression. However, the fold may need to be raised to get better symmetry with your nipples.
