Is there any way to thin the bridge after spreader grafts/septorhino? (photos)

I had a septorhino 2019 and my nose is substantially wider, had asked before op to please not make my nose wider, but it happened. Is there any way I can make the upper and lower bridge a bit thinner with rasping? To what extent would be feasible with rasping? I would be ok with 1mm on each side at the minimum. Anything to look a bit more narrow on the bridge.

Unfortunately rasping will not thin the. nose. The entire side wall is displaced laterally and you cannot rasp the entire side wall.  Lowering the dorsum or smoothing an edge can be
Done with rasping as a minor in office procedure.In several cases I have removed spreader grafts in revision without deleterious effects on breathing, but that is a very major step.
