11 months post op- tip swelling. Can a revision rhinoplasty fix this?

Hi I am 11MPO, something looks off on the tip rotation on my nose… I can’t put my finger on it exactly. At this stage could swelling make the tip appear like it has dropped? Do you agree that something looks off with the tip of the nose from this angle. If I was to consider a revision rhinoplasty is this something that could be easily fixed. Any thoughts welcome.
