Hi I am 11MPO, something looks off on the tip rotation on my nose… I can’t put my finger on it exactly. At this stage could swelling make the tip appear like it has dropped? Do you agree that something looks off with the tip of the nose from this angle. If I was to consider a revision rhinoplasty is this something that could be easily fixed. Any thoughts welcome.

I have been very unimpressed by the columellar strut that seems to be in fashion these days. It appears to serve no purpose but can feel uncomfortable and distort your tip. I have taken many of them out with no complaints
Dear Nurturing,
Yes you can fix this with cartilage grafts to widen the nostrils and fix the appearance. It is important to go to a revision rhinoplasty specialist who regularly performs this procedure well. There is hope! the soonest you can operate is 6 months out of your original surgery,...
Hi @hellonyc! I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. Best of luck, Dr. Nima.
