Liposuction works well for calves (cankles). However, the surgeon needs to be cautious because there is little room for error. I use a spatula-tipped cannula. Overaggressive or uneven treatment can leave contour deformities that are hard to correct. Incidentally, your calves look pretty good....

There needs to be extreme caution taken into consideration with liposuction of buttocks. You can easily distort buttock anatomy (especially gluteal folds) that leads to worsened aesthetics. If you have skin laxity to lower back, a lower back lift with or without liposuction can be performed....
