Dents after inner thigh lipo - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

Hello I’m 67 years old, had mid section and inner thigh lipo last year. I have terrible dents beside my knees, and dimpling on inner thighs. They look awful! What can be done? My Doctor is suggesting fat grafting.
