Is buttocks liposuction a possibility?

I am skinny but store most of my fat on my butt. I want the fat liposuctioned from but butt however there isn’t alot if information about this. Does this procedure exist? Also a butt lift that is like an abdominoplasty - there isn’t much information about this I think it’s called a butterfly buttocks lift

There needs to be extreme caution taken into consideration with liposuction of buttocks. You can easily distort buttock anatomy (especially gluteal folds) that leads to worsened aesthetics. 
If you have skin laxity to lower back, a lower back lift with or without liposuction can be performed. The other common back procedure that is like an abdominoplasty for the back is a bra strap back lift with full back lipo. This is a very powerful procedure for the back.

Liposuction of the buttocks makes such a great improvement and is done under local with a little iv sedation for complete comfort. Be sure to get bodytite/quantum/morpheus at the same time for the skin tightening effects.

There is no specific, established procedure officially called a “butterfly buttocks lift.”
Buttocks liposuction is not very commonly performed, but it is possible in selected cases when there is localized fat that can be safely reduced.
Which approach is appropriate depends on whether the main issue is excess fat alone or skin laxity as well, and this is best determined through an in-person consultation.
