i am 5'5 and 109 lbs 21 year old female girl. I workout 6 days a week and I hope to get slim thighs with liposuction, but I dont know how much of my thighs is fat and how much is muscle
Answer: Liposuction Thank you for your question. You likely have a lean body composition with a relatively high muscle-to-fat ratio. However, an in-person evaluation can determine how much your thigh volume comprises fat versus muscle. A skilled plastic surgeon will perform a visual and tactile exam to assess muscle tone and skin elasticity. They may also conduct a pinch test or use body composition tools such as calipers, ultrasound, or a DEXA scan. Liposuction may have a limited effect on reducing size if your thighs consist primarily of muscle with only a thin layer of fat. If there is enough pinchable fat, liposuction can effectively slim the area, particularly on the inner thighs, outer thighs (often referred to as ""saddlebags""), and sometimes the knees. It’s advisable to schedule a consultation with a board-certified surgeon specializing in body contouring. They can provide realistic expectations and determine whether liposuction alone or combined with lifestyle adjustments is the best approach to achieving your goals.

Answer: Lipo Prior to moving forward with any liposuction, I strongly encourage you to be aware of risks of contour irregularities that can be a result of liposuction. You have, overall, very nice lower extremity aesthetics currently.

Answer: Liposuction is the correct option for trimmer inner thighs and knees Yes, liposuction is the correct treatment for trimmer inner thighs and knees. I think the models you showed look too skinny, but that's just my opinion. They may also have naturally longer legs. You are more muscular, so you would never have legs like the models (but that is a good thing I believe). You need an experienced surgeon. A common error is removing too much fat in the middle part of the inner thigh, giving a "scooped out" look, which is a telltale sign of liposuction and difficult to correct. Your inner thighs and knees should never look like you have had surgery. Check out the before and after photos of your surgeon. Also the only incisions should be hidden in the natural groin creases and the crease of your knees.

Answer: Liposuction From the submitted photos you do appear to be a candidate for liposuction. An in person evaluation is needed to let you know what you can expect in terms of results. The legs shown in your wish photo are very thin and may not be realistic, but you can expect improvement.
