Yes, it's possible to get liposuction of those areas. the only thing I would caution is that a lot of the fat on the face is not necessarily accessible for lipo vs. not really something you want to lipo since it can cause significant aging of your face.

However, there is a possibility that your skin elasticity is quite good, and all these procedures might not be necessary. In that case, liposuction alone may be able to improve the situation.

Always keep in mind, however, that there are limits to what can be achieved within the boundaries of science and safety.

I generally don’t recommend having fat removed from your face with Liposuction.
As you get older facial, aging usually causes a loss of volume and this will become premature if you have volume removed when you’re young.
Liposuction of the face also has potential risk of facial nerve injuries in certain areas.
You may get different opinions about this kind of work.
Facial aesthetics are primarily based on facial skeletal structure.
That distributions tend to be very consistent from person to person in comparison.
I suggest you schedule several in person consultations with senior board certified plastic surgeons.
Make sure they show you plenty of before and after pictures of previous patient who had similar facial characteristics for whatever procedure they recommend.
