I would like to know if this amount of double chin fat is worth having lipo on under my chin? I am 30 years old. BMI is 20. It would be an add-on to other procedures in having. Thank you for the feedback.

Thank you for sharing your photo and details. With a BMI of 20 and the mild amount of submental fullness seen, your concern appears to be very minimal. In many cases like yours, the fat under the chin is quite small and may not necessarily require liposuction. J-plasma with liposuction is usually considered for patients with more pronounced submental fat or skin laxity.

Given your age and skin quality, less invasive options such as non-surgical skin tightening (radiofrequency, ultrasound-based treatments, or injectable fat reduction agents like Kybella) could be reasonable alternatives if you wish to refine this area further. However, if you are already undergoing other procedures, a small area of liposuction could be added, but it may not make a dramatic difference given the minimal fullness present.

Overall, the need for chin liposuction in your case would be considered optional rather than necessary.
