I already had chin, cheek, and Jaw Implants already but I still don't have a strong jawline like I like. I heard about chin liposuction and jaw liposuction. Will that work for me. I am also getting buccal fat removal in September.re there any permanent recommendations that's not filler to get a chiseled face?
Answer: Achieving a Chiseled Jawline: Exploring Surgical and Non-Surgical Options To achieve a sharper jawline, especially after having chin, cheek, and jaw implants, there are several options you might consider: Chin and Jawline Liposuction: This procedure can help remove excess fat around the chin and jawline, enhancing the definition of your facial structure. It can be particularly effective if there is submental fullness (a double chin) or jowls. Buccal Fat Removal: Since you are already planning to undergo buccal fat removal, this can contribute to a more contoured appearance by reducing fullness in the lower cheeks, which may enhance the definition of your jawline. Neck Lift: If there is significant skin laxity or excess skin, a neck lift might be considered to tighten and smooth the area, further defining the jawline. Masseter Reduction: If you have prominent masseter muscles, non-surgical options like botulinum toxin injections can reduce their size, creating a more streamlined jawline. However, this is not a permanent solution. Orthognathic Surgery: In cases where the jaw structure itself needs modification, orthognathic surgery can reposition the jawbones for improved alignment and aesthetics. Skin Tightening Treatments: Non-surgical options like radiofrequency or ultrasound-based treatments can help tighten the skin around the jawline, enhancing its definition. It's essential to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon who can evaluate your specific anatomy and goals to recommend the most appropriate procedure for achieving a chiseled jawline.

Answer: Chin Liposuction and Thermitight Chin liposuction helps reduce the bulge under the chin and can be done for the whole neck. Once the fat is removed the skin can become loose and saggy in some cases. It can be avoided by combining it with Thermitight which is a radiofrequency heat delivered under the skin to tighten it. Both chin liposuction and Thermitight can be done at the same time. The recovery is fast and it can be done under local anesthesia. Click on the video link below Regards Dr. Janjua

Answer: Treatment options Chin and neck Liposuction can give good outcomes for those patients who were good candidates in the hands of a provider who has sufficient skill and experience guide Average plastic surgeons deliver average results. To get an exceptional result requires finding an exceptional provider understanding your own can see for the procedure is also important. The most impressive results come from those who have a substantial amount of fat to remove. Personally, I do not promote buccal fat removal. As we age we need facial volume and removing this fat pad early life can lead to undesirable outcomes later in life created. Maybe you don’t need more surgery? Best, Mats Hagstrom MD.
