Why can't I breath out of my nostrils separately after rhinoplasty?

Been 3 yrs since revision. I can't get enough air in. If I close 1 nostril, I can barely get air in. This happens if I close left or right nostril. Also snore now. I didn’t have this problem before surgery. Also after revision, nose had depression in middle of bridge before tip. Thought it was saddle nose but Dr said it wasn’t & used filler to fill area. Does saddle nose cause breathing problems? Why can’t I breathe? Dr says it just happens with rhino. Never had breathing issues.
