Any non surgical way to smooth out liposuction lumps??

Radiofrequency based devices also have some benefit in correcting irregularities. The third option is performing additional liposuction with precision fat grafting to the depressed areas. Hello,There are a number of reasons you have a lump. It could be swelling, a collection of fluid, residual fat, scaring, or poor skin redraping.  You would need to be seen by a surgeon that is capable of dealing with any problem to get the best answer. In general, non surgical methods are very limited in result. Best of luck!

Short answer is no.There have been some techniques described but the most reliable way is to lipo high areas, and if needed, fat transfer to low points.Sorry for the problem.sek

Contour abnormalities (uneven lumps and bumps) can occur after liposuction. If you recently had your surgery, these uneven areas may resolve as you heal. Thank you for your question.  Sometimes with a post liposuction contour irregularity (lump or bump); time will settle the area down.  I typically also teach massage to the area to speed this process along.  There are a few non-surgical options like ultrashape and velashape that can smooth the area.  Occasionally an in-office needle liposuction with numbing medicine will smooth the area out as well.  I recommend you talk with your surgeon and seek a board certified surgeon to examine the area and make recommendations on treatment.Best Wishes!
